About the role

The Associate Director – Digital will lead the overall digital strategy for a client, providing training, insights and innovative solutions while working within an integrated team.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute the client’s digital strategy, driving communications planning and new thinking.
Lead and mentor staff through performance management, feedback and culture building.
Maintain client growth, manage supplier and inter‑departmental relationships, and advise on resource needs.
Stay current on industry research, act as a knowledge hub, and present best‑practice internally.

Required profile

Minimum 6 years of experience with a global media agency.
Proven ability to build strong client relationships and supervise large teams.
Hands‑on experience with major ad platforms and programmatic/social activation.

Required skills

Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (and familiarity with Pinterest, Criteo, RTB).
DSPs, ad serving, ad verification, Google Analytics.
Planning and activation across programmatic and social platforms.
