About the role

The Associate Director – Digital will lead the overall digital strategy for a client, providing training, insights and innovative solutions while working within an integrated team.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the client’s digital strategy, driving communications planning and new thinking.
  • Lead and mentor staff through performance management, feedback and culture building.
  • Maintain client growth, manage supplier and inter‑departmental relationships, and advise on resource needs.
  • Stay current on industry research, act as a knowledge hub, and present best‑practice internally.

Required profile

  • Minimum 6 years of experience with a global media agency.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and supervise large teams.
  • Hands‑on experience with major ad platforms and programmatic/social activation.

Required skills

  • Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (and familiarity with Pinterest, Criteo, RTB).
  • DSPs, ad serving, ad verification, Google Analytics.
  • Planning and activation across programmatic and social platforms.
