User Operations – Senior/Junior Level

About the role

The User Operations team is looking for a proactive individual to monitor spender activity, support VIP users, and help improve engagement. You will work closely with spenders to address their requests and contribute to event organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor spender activity, spending patterns, and user engagement.
• Assist in managing relationships with spenders and handling daily requests or concerns.
• Provide timely, personalized assistance to VIP users.
• Help organize spender activities and events, including preparation, execution, and follow‑up.
• Track activity participation and basic performance metrics.
• Prepare regular reports on spender activity, retention, and revenue performance.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving spender engagement and spending.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in operations, customer relationship management, community management, or a similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English; Vietnamese/Bahasa preferred, Chinese a plus.
