Omnichannel E‑Commerce Account Manager

About the role

Sanipak is seeking an Omnichannel E‑Commerce Account Manager to coordinate campaigns, manage international e‑commerce customers and drive growth across multiple sales and marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate omnichannel campaigns across relevant sales and marketing channels.
• Manage international e‑commerce customers, identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales, profitability and market share targets.
• Develop, negotiate and execute joint e‑commerce business plans for key accounts.
• Monitor and analyse e‑commerce sales performance and plan campaigns to drive growth.
• Drive growth and profitability of the e‑commerce channel by optimizing distribution, availability, visibility and operational excellence.
• Manage SKU assortment and trade‑marketing budgets in coordination with Finance, Trade Marketing and Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to develop and execute e‑commerce strategy.
• Analyse customer experience and purchase journey to improve KPIs such as orders, acquisition and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Graduated from a university with a major in economics, business, finance or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e‑commerce.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong team player with ability to collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
