About the role
Siemens is seeking a part‑time Working Student to join the Digital Transformation team at its Gebze Switchgear Factory. You will help develop and enhance modern web applications that support real manufacturing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain responsive front‑end interfaces using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
- Implement new features and improve existing applications for usability, performance and user experience.
- Integrate front‑end code with REST APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate with developers and business users throughout the development lifecycle.
- Utilise AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing and documentation.
Required profile
- 3rd or 4th year undergraduate or master’s student in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- Available to work 2–3 days per week on‑site in Gebze.
- Good command of English.
Required skills
- HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.
- Responsive and cross‑platform web development.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
