About the role

Versuni is looking for a Perfect Store & Trade Shopper Marketing Specialist to turn market insights into trade strategies that engage shoppers and boost the presence of small domestic appliances across retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategy across key product categories to drive sustainable growth.
• Lead planning and execution of in‑store visibility initiatives, including promotions, merchandising, branded displays, demo units and POS materials.
• Manage the national promotional calendar, aligning with marketing priorities and commercial objectives.
• Guide the Field Sales organisation on commercial priorities, targets and incentive programmes.
• Own the trade marketing budget, optimise ROI and track performance with data‑driven insights.
• Analyse trade and category performance, identifying opportunities to optimise execution and accelerate growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing or commercial excellence in a B2C environment, preferably FMCG, consumer goods or consumer electronics.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
