Pharmacovigilance Specialist

About the role

Delta PV, a leading pharmacovigilance service provider, is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to support operational delivery on assigned projects. The role may act as Primary or Secondary Project Responsible and will collaborate closely with team leaders and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform tasks based on weekly work planning meetings and cooperate with Pharmacovigilance Managers and Team Leaders.
• Support weekly/monthly local and global literature screening and translate adverse events and quality complaints from Turkish to English.
• Enter cases into the database system, generate formal reports, and support follow‑up of safety alerts.
• Ensure reconciliation processes with clients are performed regularly and maintain continuity of PV activities when absent.
• Adhere to data integrity, confidentiality and personal data protection principles.

Required profile

• A Pharmacy degree (mandatory).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Turkish (mandatory).
• At least 1 year of pharmacovigilance experience; experience in pharmaceutical companies or healthcare/life‑sciences industry is an advantage.
