Quality Assurance Intern

About the role

Join Roche as a Quality Assurance Intern and support the delivery of safe, compliant pharmaceutical products in Turkey. You will work under cGxP guidelines, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality processes are followed.

Key responsibilities

• Support batch release operations and ensure timely market delivery of imported products.
• Initiate and document deviations, complaints, and CAPAs in the global quality management system.
• Communicate customer complaints and temperature excursions to relevant departments and prepare monthly reconciliation documents.
• Assist with qualification studies of temperature‑controlled shipping systems and report results.
• Maintain electronic and hard‑copy archiving of all GxP documents.
• Prepare Management Review Quality Meeting reports and support audit/inspection readiness.
• Update Quality SOPs in line with global procedures and provide training documentation.

Required profile

• Enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a university program.
• Available to work at least three days per week for a full year.
• Detail‑oriented, result‑driven and comfortable working in a team.
• Fluent in English (preferred).
