Quality Assurance Internship – Roche Turkey

About the role

Join Roche’s Quality team in Istanbul and support the release of pharmaceutical products while ensuring compliance with cGxP guidelines and Turkish Ministry of Health regulations. This internship offers hands‑on experience in quality management, documentation, and audit readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Support batch release operations to ensure timely market delivery of imported products.
• Initiate and follow up deviation, complaint, and CAPA records through the global quality management system.
• Communicate customer complaints and temperature excursions to relevant departments and prepare monthly reconciliation documents.
• Assist with local change records, qualification studies of temperature‑controlled shipping systems, and archiving of GxP documents.
• Help prepare Management Review Quality Meeting reports and update SOPs in line with global procedures.
• Provide training support and maintain training records for related staff.

Required profile

• Enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a university program.
• Available to work at least three days per week for a full year.
• Detail‑oriented, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a team environment.
• Preferably fluent in English.
