Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our leading production company in the sector.

Key responsibilities

• Control materials and products according to legal requirements and determine inspection and test methods.
• Evaluate and approve new packaging and raw‑material suppliers in line with company standards and food‑safety requirements.
• Manage and improve quality‑assurance processes and risk assessments for packaging and raw‑material suppliers.
• Establish, manage and sustain the Quality Management System.
• Oversee the Quality Assurance department budget and align spending with plant quality criteria.
• Coordinate improvement and correction projects related to product, process and quality systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in quality and regulatory roles within multinational pharma, supplements or FMCG environments.
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing, GMP, SOPs, HACCP and food‑safety auditing.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills and ability to work with all management levels.
• Relevant internal‑audit certificates such as GMP, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 (preferred).
• Willingness to travel without restriction.
