Winding Operator for Transformer Production

About the role
Hitachi Energy Turkey is seeking a skilled Winding Operator to join the team at the Dilovası Power Transformer Factory. The role involves preparing and winding transformer coils according to technical drawings and company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Place insulation materials and position insulated wires on winding reels following provided schematics.
- Adjust machine speed based on coil specifications and commence winding.
- Monitor winding process, re‑insulate any damaged sections, and perform end‑joint welding when required.
- Conduct post‑winding measurements, remove reels from the machine, and stack finished coils.
Required profile
- Graduated from an electrical or electronics vocational high school.
- At least 2 years of experience in transformer assembly and winding.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Willingness to work three‑shift schedule.
- Resides in Istanbul Asian side or Kocaeli and, for male candidates, completed military service.
Required skills
- Transformer winding machine operation.
- Technical drawing interpretation.
- Crane and forklift certification (preferred).
