Real Estate Investment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Real Estate Investment Consultant to provide sales and investment consultancy for overseas real estate projects, managing leads and building client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sales and investment consultancy to prospective clients regarding overseas real estate projects.
• Manage and convert customer leads into successful sales, building new client portfolios and strengthening existing relationships.
• Analyze client needs, recommend suitable investment opportunities, and conduct project presentations both face-to-face and online.
• Oversee the entire sales process from proposal to contract signing and deal closure, tracking interactions via CRM.
• Contribute to individual and team sales targets while staying updated on international real estate market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation skills and ability to work with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Results‑oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
• Professional appearance and corporate representation skills.
• Advanced English proficiency and residence in Istanbul’s Asian Side or no transportation limitations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
