Sales and Business Development Manager

About the role

InvestGC is seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager to drive B2C client acquisition, build intermediary networks, and represent the company at events. The role combines sales, relationship management, and deep product knowledge of luxury real estate and the Greece Golden Visa program.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify and nurture B2C prospects generated by the call centre, converting them into satisfied investors.
• Develop and manage a high‑quality network of intermediaries such as consultancies, brokerages, private banks, wealth managers, law firms and tax advisers in Turkey.
• Represent InvestGC at institutional meetings, conferences and professional events.
• Maintain a structured commercial pipeline and CRM records for both intermediaries and prospective clients.
• Provide post‑sale support to maintain long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Strong communication, negotiation and salesmanship skills.
• Professional ethics, discipline and ability to multitask.

Required skills

• Experience in sales of luxury products, real estate or investment migration programmes.
• Ability to present complex product and visa programmes accurately and credibly.
