About the role
Raffles Istanbul, perched above the Bosphorus in the heart of Zorlu Center, offers a unique blend of modern luxury and historic charm. As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for discerning guests, delivering the legendary Raffles service and creating unforgettable first impressions. The role requires a passion for luxury hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm and solution‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional guest service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work effectively within a diverse, dynamic team
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment (asset)
- Proactive, solution‑oriented approach
- Calm, courteous demeanor when addressing guest needs
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Good judgment when handling difficult guests
- Comfort working in a multicultural environment
