Assistant Restaurant Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

Join Four Seasons Bosphorus as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, supporting daily operations and delivering exceptional dining experiences in a luxury hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations across all meal periods.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative, guest‑focused environment.
• Build strong guest relationships, address feedback proactively, and ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership on menus, promotions, and operational improvements.
• Assist with labor cost management, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, reporting and profitability.

Required profile

• University degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant, hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting and financial controls.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English.
• Computer applications including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
