Regional Director, Key Intermediaries

About the role

Global Citizen Solutions is seeking a senior Regional Director to lead the development of its institutional presence in Istanbul. This externally facing, highly commercial role focuses on originating and developing high‑value intermediary relationships across private banks, family offices, wealth managers and other professional advisers serving HNW and UHNW clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a high‑quality network of private banks, family offices, wealth managers, RIAs, law firms, tax and accounting firms.
• Proactively originate and onboard new intermediary relationships capable of generating recurring qualified referrals.
• Develop senior‑level relationships with decision‑makers and key influencers within priority institutions.
• Maintain a disciplined cadence of meetings, presentations and follow‑up with priority relationships.
• Represent GCS at institutional meetings, conferences, industry events and professional associations.
• Support the initial qualification of referred prospects and transition qualified opportunities to the Client Advisory team.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in business development, institutional sales, private banking or related commercial environment.
• Established professional network across private banking, family offices, wealth management and related professional services in Istanbul.
• Demonstrated ability to independently open doors, build senior‑level institutional relationships and develop sustainable commercial partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the HNW/UHNW ecosystem and professional intermediary channels.
• Executive presence and confidence engaging with senior decision‑makers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Based in Istanbul with valid Turkey work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.
