About the role

Cencora is looking for a motivated Aisle Associate to join its Alliance Healthcare warehouse in Beylikdüzü. You will ensure product integrity, support order fulfillment, and help maintain a safe, efficient storage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Check expiry dates and pricing of existing and newly received products on the aisle.
• Report damaged or near‑expiry items to the supervisor.
• Verify product variety and quantities, and retrieve stock as needed.
• Prepare orders accurately and quickly according to defined procedures.
• Participate in the quarterly physical inventory count.
• Handle temperature‑sensitive items following cold‑chain requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, or inventory control.
• Male candidates must have completed military service.
• Reside in Beylikdüzü or be able to relocate.
• Flexible to adapt to varying work hours.

Required skills

• Knowledge of warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping).
• Understanding of inventory control principles and stock movement tracking.
• Familiarity with temperature‑controlled handling and cold‑chain support.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Capability to identify and act on inventory or packaging exceptions.
