About the role

We are expanding our sales team for Avrupa Residence TEM, a premium residential project in Istanbul. The Sales Consultant will present and promote the project to potential buyers and manage the sales process from first contact to closing.

Key responsibilities

  • Present and promote Avrupa Residence TEM to potential buyers and investors.
  • Manage client relationships from first contact to closing.
  • Develop and maintain agency and client networks.
  • Conduct project presentations and site visits.
  • Follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate and manage the sales process professionally.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

  • Experience in real estate sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer‑oriented and results‑driven approach.
  • Professional appearance and presentation skills.
  • Good command of English is an advantage.
  • Existing real estate agency/client network is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and target‑oriented environment.
