About the role

We are expanding our sales team for Avrupa Residence TEM, a premium residential project in Istanbul. The Sales Consultant will present and promote the project to potential buyers and manage the sales process from first contact to closing.

Key responsibilities

Present and promote Avrupa Residence TEM to potential buyers and investors.
Manage client relationships from first contact to closing.
Develop and maintain agency and client networks.
Conduct project presentations and site visits.
Follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
Negotiate and manage the sales process professionally.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

Experience in real estate sales is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer‑oriented and results‑driven approach.
Professional appearance and presentation skills.
Good command of English is an advantage.
Existing real estate agency/client network is a plus.
Ability to work in a dynamic and target‑oriented environment.
