Sales Manager – Implants

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Implants to lead and grow our implant business in Istanbul. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, coaching the sales team, and building strong relationships with dental professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Istanbul sales strategy for Straumann implant solutions.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team objectives.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline quality and forecast accuracy, providing action plans as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with key dental professionals, clinics, laboratories and strategic customers.
• Identify new business opportunities, high‑potential customers and growth segments.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Education teams on promotional campaigns and clinical education.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of Straumann’s implant portfolio and ensure the team is equipped with selling tools.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market updates and business forecasts for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Dentistry or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven sales and leadership experience, preferably in dental, medical device or healthcare.
• Strong customer relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Fluent in Turkish and English, with willingness to travel within Turkey and occasionally abroad.
• Energetic, performance‑driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
