Senior Account Executive – Enterprise Sales

About the role

The Senior Account Executive is a field‑based, direct sales position focused on client retention and growth through contract expansion and new product introductions. You will work with C‑level executives to develop enterprise‑wide strategies that maximize the value of Gartner’s research and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Execute Gartner’s sales methodology consistently and masterfully.
• Plan territory, forecast accurately on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, and maintain competitive knowledge.
• Develop and present strategic solutions leveraging Gartner’s full portfolio of products and services.

Required profile

• 8‑15 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in high‑technology services, software or advisory environments.
• Proven track record of building strong C‑level relationships within large enterprises.
• Professional proficiency in Turkish and English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (desired).
