About the role
The Modern Trade Head will develop and implement the strategy and business plan for Modern Trade in Turkey, supporting the transformation of the pillar business model and driving growth aligned with Vision 2030.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute long‑term and short‑term business strategies for Mars Turkey.
- Lead Modern Trade marketing activation plans to achieve growth targets and increase market share.
- Design pricing strategies that balance company objectives with customer satisfaction.
- Manage the product portfolio to align with market needs and business objectives.
- Provide market insights, forecasts and performance monitoring to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare annual budgets, analyse variances and take corrective actions to meet financial goals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (preferably BA).
- More than 10 years of experience in customer management and key accounts.
- At least 5 years of people‑leadership experience.
- Advanced level of English.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
