Senior Clinical Project Manager (Oncology)

About the role

IQVIA Biotech is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead oncology studies across regional or global sites. The role involves end‑to‑end execution of clinical trials, ensuring speed, quality and cost efficiency while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned clinical studies or study portions, managing timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Develop integrated study management plans and set objectives for the core project team.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and lead problem‑solving to keep projects on track.
• Serve as primary contact with customers, maintaining relationships and communicating project status.
• Forecast revenue opportunities, manage scope changes and ensure financial success of the project.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in project management.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP, local laws).
• Experience managing project financials and contractual obligations.
