Site Engagement Liaison

About the role

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation seeking a Site Engagement Liaison to foster relationships with clinical trial sites, enhance site engagement, and support the advancement of innovative treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff at clinical trial sites.
• Provide support and guidance on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimise performance through regular communication and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored site engagement strategies.
• Monitor site performance metrics and report updates to study teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities, with capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of ICH‑GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% as required.
