About the role
The Senior Content & Community Manager will lead the strategy, creation and implementation of compelling content across our clients' social media platforms, ensuring vibrant and engaging community experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies and day‑to‑day management of social media channels.
- Manage and nurture online communities to deliver rewarding audience experiences.
- Conduct research and discover new, relevant content opportunities.
- Utilise digital media expertise, social analytics and reporting to optimise performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in social media management, preferably within an agency.
- Creative thinker, idea‑generator and comfortable taking risks.
- Fluent English.
Required skills
- Strong digital media acumen.
- Proficiency in social analytics and reporting.
