Country Manager - TikTok LIVE Agency, Istanbul

About the role

A TikTok LIVE agency is being launched in Istanbul, and we are looking for a Country Manager to build the operation from the ground up. You will hire the first team, grow an active creator roster and take full responsibility for performance, people and growth in the market. The role suits a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader who can set up a new market and scale revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own the country's P&L, revenue targets and overall business performance
• Build the local team of agents from scratch, defining roles, hiring and onboarding
• Design the team structure, workflows and reporting processes for the new market
• Lead creator recruitment and onboarding to build a high-quality roster
• Set and enforce creator performance benchmarks, including LIVE days, hours and revenue targets
• Track creator and agent performance weekly and act quickly on underperformance
• Set up compensation and commission structures for creators and internal teams suited to the local market
• Identify high-potential creators early and build growth plans around them
• Build a strong relationship with the TikTok LIVE team in Turkey
• Report regularly to senior management on results, risks and plans

Required profile

• 3+ years in talent management, influencer marketing, live streaming or a creator agency
• Proven experience building and leading a team
• Track record of owning targets and delivering revenue growth
• Fluency in Turkish and English
• Nice to have: an existing creator network in Turkey, direct experience with TikTok or other platform partnerships teams, experience launching a new market or business unit, and Arabic

• Strong understanding of TikTok LIVE or similar live streaming platforms
• Data-driven approach, comfortable with performance metrics and dashboards
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with creators and partners
• Highly organized, with strong execution and follow-through
