Senior Product Manager, Lab

About the role

Fundraise Up is building a Lab to explore new product lines and growth opportunities. As the first permanent owner, you will drive discovery, experimentation and early delivery, making evidence‑based decisions to scale, iterate, pivot or kill initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Lab portfolio, defining hypotheses, upside, effort and decision points for each bet.
• Design and run 4–8 week experiments using spikes, prototypes, Wizard of Oz tests and pilots, instrumenting them to capture meaningful signals.
• Make clear Scale, Iterate, Pivot or Kill decisions, maintain lightweight decision logs and learning summaries.
• Coordinate with GTM teams to flag dependencies early and ensure smooth hand‑over of successful pilots.
• Leverage AI tools for research, synthesis, prototyping and analysis throughout the experimentation process.

Required profile

• Senior product management experience in 0→1, incubation or new‑bet environments.
• Strong product judgement, technical fluency and ability to write specs, assess feasibility and define data needs.
• Proven track record of running fast, scrappy experiments and making decisive, evidence‑based choices.
• Excellent written communication for concise decision logs and alignment artifacts.

Required skills

• Practical use of AI for research, synthesis, prototyping and analysis.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
