Red Team Professional (Senior/Mid-Level)

About the role

OMNIVERSE is seeking a Red Team Professional to design and execute realistic attack simulations that evaluate client security controls and incident response capabilities. The position is full‑time, hybrid, based in Istanbul, and offers the chance to work on challenging engagements with a collaborative security team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct penetration tests, adversary emulation, and social engineering campaigns.
• Produce detailed technical reports and executive summaries with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with blue‑team counterparts and client stakeholders to support remediation and improve security posture.
• Contribute to internal tools, methodologies, and playbooks.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in offensive security, including penetration testing and red‑team methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with common security tools and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of networks, operating systems, web applications, and cloud/container environments.
• Ability to communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
