Senior Project Manager, Oral Health

About the role

Lead strategic, cross‑functional innovation projects in oral health, including new product development, packaging changes, claims, and process improvements, to deliver business goals for Haleon.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain integrated project plans in the PPM system, covering cross‑functional deliverables, market deployment, dependencies and resources.
• Drive rapid project initiation, structured execution, and transparent reporting of project health, risks and milestones.
• Facilitate governance, stage‑gate processes and stakeholder communication across functions and geographies.
• Manage budget planning, forecasting and variance tracking, and conduct post‑launch reviews to capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Business/Finance, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in marketing, supply chain or R&D within FMCG or consumer healthcare.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort operating in complex, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
