Solution Sales Executive – SAP Next Gen Academy (Hybrid)

About the role

The SAP Next Gen Academy for Customer Success is a three‑year development program for early‑career talent. As a Solution Sales Executive you will prospect, qualify, sell and close new business, helping customers achieve their strategic goals with SAP cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and manage sales pipelines across a defined territory.
• Build strong customer relationships and articulate value propositions for SAP solutions.
• Drive cloud revenue growth by positioning SAP’s offerings to solve business challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of quota‑carrying sales experience in a technology environment or strong exposure to business processes.
• Proven track record of generating opportunities, qualifying leads and closing deals.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts, adapt to change and deliver results.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of AI fundamentals and their ethical use.
• Fluent English to engage with a global network.
