Steward – Hotel Food & Beverage

About the role

Join the hospitality team at a leading international hotel brand as a Steward. You will ensure the kitchen, dining, and storage areas remain clean, safe, and well‑stocked, supporting seamless food‑and‑beverage service for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations, pot‑scrubbing stations, and trash compactors.
• Wash, disinfect, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using a three‑compartment sink.
• Receive deliveries, store perishables correctly, rotate stock, and ensure clean wares are stored in designated areas.
• Empty and maintain trashcans, dumpsters, and recycling bins; break down cardboard and glass for proper disposal.
• Clean and mop assigned areas, perform routine inspections, and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow all company safety, security, and quality policies.

Required profile

• No formal education or prior experience required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb unassisted.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Clear, professional communication and teamwork orientation.
