Key responsibilities

• Prepare and conclude sourcing contracts based on customer requirements, ensuring quality, on‑time delivery and optimal conditions.
• Implement commodity strategies to secure long‑term, cost‑efficient supply of indirect materials.
• Apply globally defined procurement methods, processes and IT systems to maintain high efficiency and compliance.
• Prepare and conduct negotiations to achieve maximum feasible savings.
• Execute supplier management processes including qualification, selection, evaluation, development and classification.
• Collaborate closely with internal customers to ensure early involvement and excellent customer care.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in strategic indirect material procurement.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills.
• Experience in supplier management and contract negotiations.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong supplier communication and follow‑up abilities.
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to effectively use Artificial Intelligence tools for data analysis, reporting and process improvement.
