Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end shipment process for our client in the logistics sector. The role involves coordinating bookings, communicating with carriers and customers, and ensuring compliance with internal SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Process received orders, book with carriers, and provide shipment status updates to customers.
• Handle daily operations, prepare shipping documents, and send departure/arrival notices.
• Update systems with accurate shipment data and arrange necessary logistics with suppliers.
• Follow up documentation, issue Bill of Lading and Delivery Orders.
• Manage invoicing, cost follow‑up, and maintain shipment activity reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong computer skills with good command of MS Office applications.
• Proactive, hard‑working, multitasking ability and strong communication skills.
• Open‑minded, self‑learner, flexible to change.
• Driving license (class B) preferred.
