TikTok Commerce - Creator Manager

About the role

The Creator Manager will lead and develop high‑potential creators to grow key content categories on TikTok Commerce, fostering strong partnerships and driving platform success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a medium‑sized group of content creators/partners, creating growth and retention strategies.
• Identify partnership opportunities with e‑commerce businesses and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute them.
• Track, analyze and optimize creator performance metrics such as active rate, content quality, views and audience growth.
• Oversee operational performance of key metrics and content diversity.
• Plan and implement online and offline campaigns based on trends and global tentpoles, including related data analysis.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Familiar with the content creation industry and possess strong creator connections.
• Experience working with content creators, building trust and providing platform training and engagement support.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem‑solving skills with a user‑driven mindset.
• Creative planning abilities for online and offline campaigns, enthusiastic and results‑oriented.
