Vice President Operations - Premium, Economy & Midscale Brands, Türkiye

About the role

Based in Accor Türkiye’s Istanbul office, the Vice President of Operations will support the Senior Vice President of Operations, MEA, in leading Accor’s Premium, Economy and Midscale hotel portfolio across Turkey. The role focuses on driving financial, operational and ESG performance while ensuring compliance with Accor standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and drive hotel performance across key metrics such as GOP, RGI and RPS, identifying gaps and implementing action plans.
• Lead strategic execution and governance, translating regional priorities into country‑level operational strategies.
• Oversee business planning, performance reviews and provide senior‑level insights for portfolio decisions.
• Manage operational readiness for new hotel openings and major projects, ensuring timely, on‑brand delivery.
• Conduct annual operational audits, field visits and maintain continuous improvement across the portfolio.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with hotel owners, conducting annual in‑person business reviews.
• Lead performance management and development of General Managers, fostering a high‑performance Heartist® culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Hotel Operations Leader or General Manager with strong performance‑management track record.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations, commercial performance and financial management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, business development and strategic planning.
• Strong executive leadership, stakeholder management and influence skills.
• Fluency in Turkish and English; German is an asset.
• Experience in an international, multi‑brand hospitality environment is highly desirable.
