Women's Health (Mammo & BMH) and X-Ray Modality Sales Leader

About the role

This position drives commercial growth for Women’s Health and X‑Ray products across Turkey and Central Asia, working closely with regional leaders, distributors and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue, order and margin targets.
• Collaborate with channel partners, account teams and marketing to drive product differentiation and launch campaigns.
• Manage the installed base, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide pricing strategy and compliance.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, represent the company at trade association meetings, and stay informed on market dynamics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience selling medical or technical solutions.
• 3+ years of experience closing large, complex strategic deals in healthcare.
• Proven business management, resource allocation and strategic planning skills.
• Strong influencing, networking and presentation abilities in a matrix environment.

Required skills

• Technical and clinical expertise in imaging modalities, X‑ray and mammography.
• General finance knowledge for analyzing P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
