Accounts Manager – Amazon Turkey Marketplace

About the role

Amazon Turkey is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to drive the growth of small and medium‑sized businesses on its Marketplace. You will lead new business acquisition, evaluate prospects, and guide sellers through the launch of their product listings.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and conduct phone/email evaluations of potential selling partners.
• Support the onboarding and launch of new sellers, ensuring their products reach Amazon customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, helping them expand their sales.
• Collect partner feedback and translate it into improvements for Amazon’s tools, processes, and services.
• Work autonomously in a fast‑moving environment to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven sales experience managing large accounts and a track record of growing them.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to drive projects across multiple stakeholder levels.
• Analytical problem‑solving experience, either professionally or academically.
