AMS Verification Engineer

About the role

Renesas Electronics is seeking an AMS Verification Engineer to join its Istanbul team. You will work on verification of analog and mixed‑signal systems, collaborating with cross‑functional engineers to ensure high‑quality semiconductor solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Verify analog/mixed‑signal systems at IC and system level.
• Implement test cases and develop event‑driven models for analog IC components.
• Collaborate with other teams and engineers throughout the verification flow.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT or a related field.
• Understanding of power‑management and auxiliary circuitry such as switching converters, linear converters, reference circuits, bandgaps, data converters, and clock generators.
• Hands‑on experience with verification methodologies and tools, including simulation, waveform analysis, automation, coverage collection, and gate‑level simulations.

Required skills

• Event‑Driven Modelling/Verification (plus).
• SoC verification languages: SystemVerilog, Verilog, VHDL, WREAL.
• Scripting languages: Perl, Python, Tcl.
• Knowledge of Cadence design/verification tools (advantage).
• Fluent English with clear written and verbal communication, including code documentation.
