Assistant Reservation Manager

About the role

The Assistant Reservation Manager supports the reservation team in delivering seamless booking experiences for guests across Doğuş Hospitality venues. The role involves handling reservations, coordinating with departments, and ensuring high guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process reservations via phone, email, and online platforms, confirming availability and recording details in the system.
• Document special guest requests (e.g., birthdays, dietary needs, accessibility) and communicate them to relevant teams.
• Monitor reservation and cancellation trends, inform managers, and adjust table arrangements accordingly.
• Maintain guest preference records to ensure continuity of service on future visits.
• Handle initial guest complaints related to reservations and forward them to management for resolution.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree with 4–5 years of reservation experience.
• Strong communication skills in a foreign language and ability to work flexible hours.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the capacity to coordinate across departments.
