Business Consulting Manager – Business Transformation (Istanbul)

About the role

EY Türkiye Business Consulting is looking for an experienced Manager to join its Business Transformation team in Istanbul. You will lead complex, large-scale transformation engagements, partner with senior executives and shape operating models, organizations and capabilities, helping clients turn strategic priorities into executable roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transformation engagements from diagnosis and opportunity identification through solution design, implementation planning, change enablement and value realization, integrating operating model, organizational, workforce, process, commercial and performance perspectives.
• Design future-state solutions covering operating models, processes, capabilities, governance, technology enablement, performance management and ways of working.
• Identify AI, intelligent automation, process mining and advanced analytics opportunities, evaluate them and work with technology and data teams to embed scalable solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, facilitate executive interviews and workshops, manage expectations and proactively mitigate project risks.
• Contribute to proposals, pitches, client presentations and go-to-market activities, and support new transformation offerings, especially those enabled by AI.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, manage scope, timelines, resources and risks, coach juniors and foster collaboration across competencies and service lines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics or a related field; a master's or MBA is an asset.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in management consulting, strategy consulting, business transformation or a related advisory environment.
• Proven experience leading transformation engagements and multidisciplinary teams, and engaging senior executives.
• Ability to structure complex problems, conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses and write reports and present clearly in Turkish and English.
• Willingness to travel within Türkiye and internationally when required.
