Technical Operations Financial Control Specialist

About the role

Nobel is looking for a Technical Operations Financial Control Specialist. The role ensures accurate cost accounting, effective financial control and reliable reporting of manufacturing operations, while supporting budgeting, cost optimization and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly cost accounting closing, ensuring accuracy and completeness of manufacturing costs
• Compare, analyze and report actual cost data, and perform project-based cost calculations
• Support budget planning, cost planning, monitoring, control and process improvement
• Prepare and maintain product cost calculation sheets and supporting documentation for pharmaceutical pricing applications in line with regulatory requirements
• Control import documentation in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely recording of import invoices and related expenses
• Keep data accurate and consistent across cost accounting and financial reporting
• Support stock audits during inventory counts
• Perform periodic account reconciliations with international suppliers, investigate discrepancies and resolve outstanding balances

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in cost accounting, cost controlling or financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of cost and profitability analysis
