Channel Store Advisor – Retail Partner

About the role

Apple is looking for a Channel Store Advisor to represent the brand inside a partner retail store in Malatya. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and the partner’s staff, helping them discover and adopt Apple products and services while delivering an exceptional in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a single partner store and build strong relationships with the partner’s staff.
• Provide product demonstrations, individual and group sessions, and educate customers on the latest Apple offerings.
• Maintain Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising standards according to Apple guidelines.
• Drive sales by promoting Apple solutions, sharing promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple ecosystem.
• Inspect daily store conditions, report issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Work a flexible schedule of approximately 45 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
• Passion for helping customers and partners understand how technology can enrich lives.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Curiosity for continuous learning and staying up‑to‑date with Apple initiatives.
