Field Support Responsible – Dealer & Service Support

About the role

The Field Support Responsible will act as the primary liaison between Bosch Home Comfort and its sub‑dealers, wholesalers, and service points in the Gaziantep region. You will promote product knowledge, loyalty programmes and market initiatives while ensuring dealer compliance and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Visit sub‑dealers, wholesalers and service points to present Bosch Home Comfort product portfolio.
• Educate dealer staff on highlighted features and how to communicate benefits to end‑users.
• Promote loyalty programmes, recruit new members and support campaign execution.
• Monitor and follow up on dealer demands, complaints and needs.
• Assist Bosch Home Comfort with market surveys, trend analysis and volume reporting at dealer level.
• Control and report dealer compliance with loyalty club contract conditions.
• Support wholesalers in local campaigns involving loyalty members.

Required profile

• Minimum associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid Class B driver’s licence with active driving experience.
• Proficient in basic MS Office applications.
• No travel restrictions.
