Content Creator for Luxury Hotel

About the role

AccorHotel seeks a creative Content Creator to produce engaging photo and video material for daily hotel operations, events, food & beverage outlets, spa, rooms, and guest experiences. You will shape the visual storytelling across social platforms, aligning with the brand’s tone and visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and edit daily photo and video content for the hotel’s digital channels, including Instagram Reels, Stories, and TikTok videos.
• Manage the end‑to‑end content workflow: shooting, editing, post‑production, and preparing assets for publication.
• Capture the guest experience and hotel operations in a natural, aesthetic manner.
• Create visual assets for special events, invitations, photo shoots, and brand collaborations.
• Support content planning and contribute creative ideas that meet communication goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in photography and videography, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, or F&B sectors.
• Strong visual perspective with storytelling abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast‑paced operational environment and adapt to changing trends.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile and professional camera equipment.
• Video editing and post‑production skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with current social media trends and platform dynamics.
