Real Estate Marketing & Content Specialist

About the role

Lena Proje Pazarlama, an Istanbul-based real estate marketing and sales company connecting property projects with investors, buyers and professional sales networks, is hiring a Real Estate Marketing & Content Specialist. The role strengthens the brand's presence across digital platforms and marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design real estate brochures, catalogs, flyers and presentations, and prepare property offers, project fact sheets and promotional materials.
• Create high-quality visuals for digital marketing campaigns and property listings.
• Edit promotional videos for projects and produce short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other platforms.
• Plan, create and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and RedNote (Xiaohongshu), keeping a consistent brand identity and following trends.
• Develop creative promotional campaigns for residential projects, tailor materials to different audiences including international investors, and collaborate with the sales team.

Required profile

• Experience in digital marketing, graphic design, content creation or social media management.
• Strong visual storytelling, creativity and attention to detail; ability to handle several projects and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showing previous design, video or marketing work.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage; good command of English is preferred.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva or equivalent design tools.
• Video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar.
• Social media account management and content creation.
• Knowledge of Chinese social media platforms, especially RedNote (Xiaohongshu), is a plus.
