Creator Operations Intern (TikTok Live)

About the role

The Agency Operations Team is building TikTok LIVE’s creator ecosystem. This internship offers hands‑on experience supporting creator managers, analyzing performance data, and contributing to live‑streaming initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Track LIVE performance metrics for assigned creators, including revenue, hours, UV and engagement.
• Prepare growth plans, diagnose performance gaps and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Create pre‑LIVE briefs, run‑of‑show materials and support post‑LIVE reviews.
• Assist in planning creator campaigns, workshops and events in Istanbul and other cities.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to unlock traffic, incentives and campaign opportunities.
• Maintain creator databases, trackers and operational documentation with high accuracy.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student in Turkey, eligible to work locally.
• Fluent in Turkish and excellent English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills, detail‑oriented and comfortable working with large datasets.
• Professional communication style with creators and external partners.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work onsite in Istanbul 5 days per week for at least 6 months.
