CRM & Customer Data Specialist

About the role

DeFacto, a fashion brand founded in 2005 with 500+ stores and online operations serving millions of customers worldwide, is looking for a CRM and Customer Data Specialist. The role covers designing and running personalized, multi-channel communication and automation workflows, managing CRM campaigns, and turning customer data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and manage personalized, multi-channel communication and automation workflows tailored to customer segments and behaviors.
• Run end-to-end CRM campaigns, including planning, targeting and journey creation.
• Keep loyalty programs running effectively and develop initiatives to increase customer retention and loyalty.
• Analyze campaign performance regularly, report results and turn insights into future action plans.
• Interpret customer and campaign data to give strategic recommendations, identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization.
• Improve reporting processes so they are scalable and ready for automation.
• Develop data-driven projects and new use cases that improve customer experience, engagement and commercial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, MIS or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in CRM operations, campaign management, growth, product analytics or data analytics.
• Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Insider, EVAM, D-Engage or similar.
• Strong analytical thinking, initiative and ability to work independently; English proficiency preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Highly proficient data analysis and reporting.
