Strategy and Marketing Internship

About the role

Aon Türkiye's Marketing and Strategy team is looking for a Strategy and Marketing intern for its six-month Long-Term Internship Program. The role is hybrid, with at least two days in the Istanbul office and one day remote per week. Interns work on real projects that help clients make decisions about risk, people and capital, with on-the-job experience, formal training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt marketing content such as social media posts, presentations and internal communications
• Support the planning and execution of local campaigns, events and strategic initiatives
• Research market trends, industry developments and competitor activity to inform team strategy
• Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, maintaining assets and supporting day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to ensure smooth delivery of marketing activities

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university programme in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English
• Organised, detail-oriented and reliable, able to manage multiple tasks
• Collaborative, curious and eager to learn from others

Required skills

• Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
