About the role
Craftbridge Digital builds and maintains business software for its clients; once the software is live, users write to the company and this role answers them. It is a full-time, remote position open to anyone in Turkey.
Key responsibilities
- Answer user questions by email and chat, such as how to export data, why a customer cannot see something or who changed a record.
- Guide users through the system and reset access when needed.
- When something is broken, write down what the user did and send it to the developers as a reproducible example.
- Keep the help pages up to date so the same question does not come up again.
Required profile
- Some experience in customer support, help desk or contact centre work; internships count.
- Clear English writing and patience with people who are stuck.
- Knowledge of Zendesk, Freshdesk or Intercom is helpful.
