Customer Service Representative (French & English)

About the role

Binance, a global blockchain ecosystem behind the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users, is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in French and English. Support is delivered through ticketing systems and live chat, handling customer queries, complaints and identification approval processes. The role suits empathetic, communicative and problem-solving people who advocate for customers and gather feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of live chat and other online tools
• Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Support other business units with customer liaison and accurately document customer requests
• Manage complaints, offer proper solutions and options within time limits, and follow up until resolved
• Go the extra mile to engage customers

Required profile

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance or e-commerce
• College degree or above
• Fluency in French and advanced English
• Honesty and integrity, proactive and meticulous, with a sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Able to work under pressure, with strong communication skills and willingness to work different shifts
• Positive attitude towards the crypto industry
